Mr. Mullarkey has been involved in every area of Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality Real Estate from Construction to Acquisitions to Development to Management. He began his real estate career at Lazard Frères & Co in 1982 in their Real Estate division (Lazard Realty) and then worked in the Acquisition Group at Mitsui Fudosan. In 1998, he joined The Taylor Simpson Group Inc. where he continued his involvement in acquisitions and portfolio management.
In 2000, Mr. Mullarkey left The Taylor Simpson Group Inc. to become one of the founding partners of Colonnade Properties LLC where he later became the Head of Real Estate Leasing and Marketing. Mr. Mullarkey is responsible for developing, implementing, and standardizing proprietary systems and procedures across Colonnade’s portfolio, and for managing and developing the budget process, asset specific capital expenditures, leasing parameters, marketing programs and corporate directives.
Mr. Mullarkey is involved in numerous development and redevelopment projects personally and professionally with special emphasis in condo redevelopment in the Southeast.
Mr. Mullarkey earned a BA from The Colorado College and his MBA from Fordham University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York. He has served and currently serves in Executive positions on several Boards.
Mr. Packingham has an extensive background in Commercial Real Estate Engineering and Construction, having worked on over 30 million square Feet of projects for Global Financial Firms to Luxury Central Park Condos for the Soros Family to Condominium projects.
He worked in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing design field for 14 years specializing in major infrastructure planning, building service upgrades, emergency generator systems, and Apartment/Condo Building design projects.
From 2010 to date Clifford has worked with Colonnade Development on a diverse portfolio of projects utilizing his unique skills obtained in the MEP Industry.
He has also, successfully owned and operated a real estate brokerage firm from 2009 until 2019.
Clifford manages his family’s real estate portfolio in New York, The Hamptons and Massachusetts. He has spent considerable time in South Florida Miami area for real estate related activities.
Clifford earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College School of Engineering in 1994. He is a member of the of the New York State Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Clifford also dedicates time serving on several Boards.
