Joseph S. Sambuco - President/Chief Executive Officer - Prior to joining Colonnade Properties, Mr. Sambuco was a managing director and founding partner of The Taylor Simpson Group, the successor to LF Property Investment Co.. From 1985 to 1989 he was the Chief Financial Officer of LF Property Investment Co. He was also responsible for the firm's real estate consulting business, which included the analysis of the real estate components in Lazard Freres mergers and acquisitions activity. Mr. Sambuco joined Lazard Realty in 1982 and was responsible for financial accounting, reporting, and due diligence for over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate assets in the northeast United States. Mr. Sambuco is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) Mr. Sambuco has a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University (1982).

Christopher B. Glinski - Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Portfolio Management, 13 years of real estate experience. Mr. Glinski has been involved in project acquisition, finance, portfolio management, and dispositions. Prior to joining Colonnade Properties in 2000, Mr. Glinski was involved in acquisitions and portfolio management for The Taylor Simpson Group. He has an M.B.A from New York University (1999) and a B.S. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (1992).

Roger T. Mullarkey - Senior Vice President, Property Management & Leasing, over 16 years of real estate experience. Mr. Mullarkey coordinates all phases of property management and leasing for Colonnade Properties' portfolio. Prior to joining Colonnade Properties, he held a similar position at Mitsui Fudosan. His responsibilities included 1251 Avenue of the Americas (former Exxon Building), Mitsui Fudosan's largest single building world-wide with 2.3 million square feet where he originated, negotiated and executed lease agreements in excess of 1.5 million square feet. He has an M.B.A. from Fordham University (1990) and a B.A. from Colorado College (1986)

Matthew A. Mitchell - Vice President, Acquisitions, Prior to Colonnade Properties, Mr. Mitchell served in various roles in project acquisition, finance, portfolio management, and dispositions at the Taylor Simpson Group. Before Taylor Simpson, Mr Mitchell worked in various capacities for Trammel Crow in their development of Harbour Island in Tampa, FL. Mr. Mitchell has over 11 years of experience in real estate. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University (1997).
